1 Corinthians 2:2, “For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.”
HE CANNOT BE TOO IGNORANT
1 Corinthians 1:26-29, “For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29That no flesh should glory in his presence.”
HE CANNOT BE TOO BACKSLIDDEN TO GO
Mark 16:14-15, “Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen. 15And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
HE CANNOT GO TO THE WRONG PLACE
Mark 16:15, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
HE CANNOT SPEAK TO THE WRONG PERSON
Mark 16:15, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
HE CANNOT MAKE A GOSPEL PRESENTATION AT THE WRONG TIME
Mark 16:15, “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
HE CANNOT TALK TO TOO MANY PEOPLE
Mark 2:13, “And he went forth again by the sea side; and all the multitude resorted unto him, and he taught them.”
HE CANNOT STAY OUT TOO LATE
Acts 20:31, “Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.”
HE CANNOT MAKE ANYONE BELIEVE THE GOSPEL
The Scripture can help a person understand what to believe.
Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
A soul winner can help a person understand the truth of the Gospel.
Acts 8:30-31,“And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? 31And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.”
However, only a person can believe.
Acts 26:28, “Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.”
HE CANNOT MAKE ANYONE GO TO HEAVEN
Acts 17:32-33, “And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter. 33So Paul departed from among them.”
Acts 24:25, “And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.”
Acts 26:27-28, “King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest. 28Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.”
HE CANNOT SEND ANYONE TO HELL
Matthew 10:40, “He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.”
John 15:18-21, “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. 19If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. 20Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. 21But all these things will they do unto you for my name‘s sake, because they know not him that sent me.”
Luke 16:27-31, “Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house: 17For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 18Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 19And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 20And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.”
HE CANNOT KNOW TOO LITTLE SCRIPTURE
John 4:25-29, “The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. 26Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. 27And upon this came his disciples, and marvelled that he talked with the woman: yet no man said, What seekest thou? or, Why talkest thou with her? 28The woman then left her waterpot, and went her way into the city, and saith to the men, 29Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did: is not this the Christ?”
John 4:39, “And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did.”
